This dish is huge. 5-6 stories tall. There are 28 others just like it out there in the New Mexico. It was a remarkably clear night. The Milky Way was as bright as I have ever seen it.

ESPN and the Golden Hurricane

I was given access to the Golden Hurricane football team on the road trip to Arkansas. I routinely travel with the team, but team meetings, locker room access is off limits to most everyone. It was a unique look into the operations of a college football team. Every team has their own way of preparing for gameday. Anyway, here are some photos I shot for ESPN. I saw something this past weekend that reminded me of this photograph of the beach with no name. I have always loved this photo, and always will. Maybe it is the man and his dog, walking alone? The drifting sand? Looking back, I think we were both surprised to see each other there. We didn’t speak, but it has always felt something was left unsaid. Regardless, I hope all is well.
